
Established in 2002, Punjab Folk Art Centre is dedicated to preserving Punjab’s cultural heritage, including folk dance, music, and traditional arts. Based in Gurdaspur, it collaborates with national cultural institutions and government bodies.
The organization focuses on youth engagement through training, workshops, and cultural exchange programs. More than 2,000 youth are associated, with around 500 trained annually.
Internationally, the Centre has represented India in Malaysia, Nepal, China, and Indonesia, promoting Punjab’s vibrant traditions and strengthening cultural exchange.
