The name of dance group is symbolic. "Gojus" is the most beautiful place in the forest full of many different kinds of flowers, plants, trees and birds that are singing and make their nests near this place. The dancing group looks like “Gojus” because the people are very different, but they are united by their enthusiasm and excellent feeling of folk dance, folk songs and music style. The dance group consists of approximately 30 young people from aged from 16 to 35. Members of the company are people of different professions, students and school-pupils. The "Gojus" takes part in different national and international festivals. It took part in all - Lithuania competitions "Kadagys" in Vilnius and it has also been to Latvia, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Check Republic, Turkey, Jordan and other countries. This group is very popular with local people. Folk dances give much pleasure to everybody.
